Account & data deletion

To request permanent deletion of your DocMate account and associated data, email info@docmateapp.com from the email address registered to your DocMate account using the subject Account Deletion Request.

Confirm that you would like your DocMate account and associated data permanently deleted. Account deletion is irreversible. We will respond without undue delay and normally within one month, subject to any information we are legally required or permitted to retain.

Please do not include patient-identifiable information.
